Bike is awesome!! I had a defective battery release lever and customer service had me a new one in about 3 days! So far bike has been super fun!! 30 miles so far! Battery seems to hold a charge well. All and all very happy with purchase

Great product for the price. I’ve purchased 3 of these now and no issues. FedEx shipping is terrible anymore, so don’t have any expectations on delivery. They will arrive when they arrive. This is no fault of Puckipuppy, just something I’ve noticed over the orders I’ve placed.
