Medium Returned Mail Pallet

I would give them 4 stars but they took forever to ship and shipped it in different stages… the pallet is what you expect for returned mail and we have had fun with it.

Today is July 22, Ordered on June 12th and pallet hasnt shipped. Only label was created. After multiple attemps to get them to release the products, still nothing. If you call, you can't speak to a live person. Someone will eventually text back if they see you calling. They have "promised" to get it shipped "today" and that was July 8th!!! DON'T ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO AVOID THE FRUSTRATION AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I don't understand how they take the payment and don't provide the product ordered! HOW DO DO YOU BUSINESS LIKE THAT?!?!?! ONCE AGAIN... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! WASTE TIME!

Horrible shipping issues.
