Pyroclasm has complexity and depth to it. Much has been said about it but it truly is a delightful scent. Its smoky and salty with a dash of citrus from the grapefruit but dries down with a soft kiss of ambergris. Like I said complex and layered. I like it and it's an easy wear. I ordered another trial size but Ministry sent me Rake and Ruin instead. Don't know if it was intentional or a mistake but WOOOOW! They are polar opposites and I will be buying full bottles of both. Try Pyroclasm first as it's less startling and a bit more approachable.

The rust note is true and unavoidable. I can’t get away from it and I’m not sure I like it. I gave it to my son and he loves it because he said it’s so strong. It will scare people away! It’s nice after the dry down but to me, it just smells like rust. In the nicest possible way. Definitely a masculine scent!
