I love the smell! Smells very expensive and lasts! However, the pump on the bottle of conditioner broke when opening. I reached out to Native….Proctor&Gamble and instead of replacing the pump or product, they are going to snail mail a coupon for the price of the product. Meaning, if i want to replace the one bottle….i have to pay shipping again or but more.
