Durable and Large, a Great Board for Teaching

I bought this chess set because I taught my coworkers how to play chess. We learned on a very tiny, 60-year-old board. I like the big, durable pieces because these new players can very easily tell the differences between them. One complaint I heard from a coworker was that the size of the board made it, "hard to see all the action at once," like with a smaller board. I think they got over it, though, haha. My only suggestion would be to include some kind of "starter guide," like a small sheet of paper that tells new players how to set up the board and what all of the pieces do. I'm not always going to be here to answer their questions, so having a quick reference would be nice. I'm looking at the board right now as I write this review, and I see that white has been set up on the wrong side of the board and the white queen is starting on the wrong square haha.
