I was charged for a 3-month order that I was not expecting and when I went on their website to modify my subscription the link did not take me to modify my subscription and I had to get a hold of the company via email. I would have kept the subscription if it was up front easy to modify however with having to jump through so many hoops after being charged for 3 months supply two months before I needed it I have felt a lack of trust for the company.

Shipping time is terrible. Over 2 weeks both months. I wasn’t aware when I ordered the first time that they signed me up for a subscription, even with it supposed to be auto ship it still does not arrive before your other month supply is gone.

Fraudulent website that continues to make unauthorized charges to your payment used after purchase.
