Chicken Cordon Bleu

Really like the sauce on the chicken cordon bleu, but I need to pull it out before heating the meal. (It would be good to mention doing that somewhere as the sauce separates if you heat it with the meal. I miss being able to select my own sides. I dislike spinach, and that means I no longer have access to the main dishes that include spinach as a side.

Surprisingly delicious!
