Stetson Straw Hat Oasis

I'm very satisfied of my New Steson hat. It was a pleasure to make business with Wei's Western weir. Only a note about Intelcom, the company who delivered my hat. This company have any care about costumer service. First, the shipment was conveyed to an other city. After severals calls and long time waiting on the line (generaly beetween 45 to 60 minutes). They finaly find the shipment and they told me that the shipment will arrive to the destination but with another delay of 10 days. When the box finaly arrive at my home the box was crushed, but by chance the hat was intact. I took the time to explain the problems that I have with Intelcom because this not the first time that I have problems with this shipper. In the same time, I order items that were back and forth beetween the delivery truck and the warehouse four days in a row because the delivery person was unable to find my house. And that after severals calls to Intelcom to confirm the location. Please think twice before make business with this delivery company. But make sure I'm satisfied about the business I make with you and I will not hesitate to order again.
