Oh, it took me MONTHS from knowing it would be perfect and look great to actually ordering it. I PRACTICED ordering it. When I excitedly did order it, I made a mistake on the shipping address. I knew it as sooon as I hit “submit”. I fired off an email. Heard IMMEDIATELY, they corrected it and I didn’t have to wait (somewhat patiently) very long before it was HERE. And we love it. Arrived in perfect shape and is all we HOPED it would be. Quality. I love walking by and visually seeing “our town” and actually short term visitors appreciate it to get their bearings, too. Very pleased with the 24x36 size we ordered, the framing AND the bonus was the customer support 👍
