Relatively easy to install. IYou will need a good level to ensure your lights are perfectly vertical.) There are small screws on the side that I had to use a right angle drill bit to SLOWLY tighten. Additionally, the longer Haylens are a bit heavy, so do not try to install solo. Definitely could be a DIY project, if you are comfortable working with fixtures. My home has a vertical siding, so these accentuated that theme. Wonderful fixture.
