Amazing Gift and Great Customer Service

I love that this tie bar looks like intriguing abstract art, but has a secret significance to my fiance and I (it is the map of the location we are getting married). Beautifully made product and customer service was extremely helpful when I had a question.

Amazing customer service!

When I saw the Custom Map Tie Bar I knew it would be the perfect gift for my Fiance on our wedding day. The problem was- my wedding was 2 weeks away. I ordered it praying that it would arrive on time (but figuring that if it didn't- It would still make a cool gift down the line). I contacted customer service and told them my predicament. They said that they would do their best- but that it was a very tight timeline. They stayed in constant communication and the tie bar arrived just in time. It looked great with my Fiance's suit and now he has that to remind him of our special day. I will be ordering a pendant soon- with no rush on shipping:) These guys went over and above for me!!
