Not bad
It was bought as a gift for my daughter.
The first price was extremely high!
The only problem besides the high price was the real colour of bag received.
To my mind "Coal" have to be DARK Grey. But in fact it came absolutely sure LIGHT Grey.
Picture is not correct.
Everything else was good. Very fast shipping, regular information from purchase till receiving from both seller & post company.

Beautiful color
Love the color and that it comes with a practical zipper. Only issue is that the front zipper fabric that covers the zipper already is not folding properly so it’s visible but it’s still beautiful.

Pretty happy so far
I bought the bag for work, as I wanted an option that was a bit more elegant than a bag pack but not as messy as having to carry a nice bag and then 3 totes. So far, I am very happy with with and am using it also in my free time. The leopard print was a winner for me as I think that it makes it look a bit more fashionable
