Overall very nice. Relatively easy to mount, but wish the mount was a little more solid.Has a couple mm of play in it after mounting & makes the rack feel less secure/cheaper, though it’s adequate. At this price point, the mount could be better.To get the “no wire” look, you unscrew the back panel & change the cord to exit out of the back & drill a roughly 1” hole in the drywall at the exact right height where the cord exits the unit & enters the wall.A template would have been nice.This is relatively easy, but they should include some clear step by step instructions for it.You need to hardwire it into an outlet switch,so most will need an electrician. It works great with the Lutron Caseta Claro smart switch (not dimmer) to allow programming of it to come on at certain times of the day.As for function, it dry towels well.Heats your towel, but not like a warming cabinet.It will be slightly lukewarm.Smaller than expected.Can’t fit 4 plush towels, maybe 2.Thin waffle towels work better.
