The response from email immediately was impressive. However that person did not let me know that I could expedite shipping if I paid a $9.99 fee. I wasted over 30 days waiting for the hardware packet. The person who answers all the email did a great job of responding to each of my inquiries within 24 hours. I appreciated it.
