The Essentials

I’m really liking it so far, but I do have to repeat lessons in order to nail them. Not a problem, though, I’m patient and understand the need to pace myself and learn every move in order to build up my muscles and prepare for more conplex work to come. Super grateful for this guide with explanatory videos on each drill.
