Hydration strategy now on point!

I’m 7 months pregnant with baby no3 so I think I’ve been through a few maternity related products to be a bit skeptical of new trends, however after suffering from night cramps in my legs and feeling super brain fog / baby brain / forgetful beyond normal and after seeing a few social media accounts recommending it I thought I’d subscribe (since that’s how things work these days) and give it a go. I’m pretty impressed, Oshun definitely encouraged me to drink more even though I feel I drink a lot of water anyways I was feeling I wasn’t remaining hydrated by water alone. I definitely appreciate having it for this recent heatwave and I’m pleased it’s pregnancy friendly so it’s good for me and baby. I’ve also invested in the sippy cup, which is again like me but I like that’s it’s insulted so keeps my water cool and the straw feels has a quality feeling to it. I probably use the most pumps if not more that’s recommended each day and I still had a little left before my next months subscription arrived so it does last the month even on heavy use. I’ll be planning to keep my subscription going well past pregnancy stage and into breastfeeding. I’d recommend for a parched, pregnant or breastfeeding mamas. It does have a slight flavour to it but I don’t mind it, the closest I can think is almost like coconut water, it’s water but with a slight texture…? I have mine often with a slice of lemon.

My recommendation

I have a very specific dietary requirements and need to maintain hydration. After trying many types of electrolytes sachets this is now my go to and also my recommendation to others.
