Great product, and great product support

I bought this to give my cat, with kidney disease sub cutaneous fluids after my very tech recommended it. My cat was cozy in the snuggle, but I had to unzip it so far down that it no longer worked. A support member contacted me and sent a video just for administering the fluids. It takes a little practice but works great. Great customer support and a great product.

Just what I needed to assist me with keeping kitty still while giving medication it did not want.

My cat just doesn’t’t react well to being confined. Also there is no reversible zipper so I can give sub q fluids in the hip region. So it works sometimes but not always.
