Mailbox Lock and Key Replacement

Excellent customer service. When our key cylinder sized up they have detailed instructions of how to loosen it up. When that didn't work they provided detailed instructions of how to drill out the lock (a locksmith would have been $300). And also seems the new key cylinder and multiple replanted keys as(we had purchased extra keys for our whole team) part of the warranty. Our mailbox was already 7 years old. Fantastic customer service!

I received a very prompt response to my inquiry on replacing the locking cylinder on my Mail Boss box from your service representative, Dana. After receiving my photos of the defective parts, replacements were mailed out along with written instructions. I was able to easily install the new parts.
