I have been impressed with the Mail Boss Mailbox since I installed it. We had our old mailbox broken into a couple times. Then after some online research my Sister found Mail Boss. One of our family members misplaced her keys. I got on to the Mail Boss site and ordered two replacement keys. We only had two original keys. So I wanted an extra key for myself. My Mother-In-Law found her keys. So now we have a backup key. I would highly recommend Mail Boss to anyone & everyone.
