Cloud Cooling Pillowcase

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I spent over $300 and paid for priority shipping. These aren't cooling anymore than an Amazon one is. • My order was delayed over a month despite paying for priority shipping. • The pillows arrived in damaged boxes. One was cut open with memory foam exposed, the other had a ripped zipper and torn cover. • Even aside from the damage, the pillows did not provide the comfort or support advertised. • I sent 30+ emails and 30+ photos, following every instruction. Customer service repeatedly requested more photos instead of resolving the issue. • They ultimately claimed the pillows weren’t damaged and offered 25% off a future order instead of a refund or replacement. Poor product quality, damaged delivery, and unacceptable customer service. Save your money.

Haven’t had it long but I think it’s my pillow. Still making some adjustments( non pillow) . To enhance my sleep. For now that’s all you get. A glowing review might come later, if deserved.

Love my Mellow Cloud pillows and pillowcases - I bought 4 of the pillows in tall size, and they are perfect! My daughter and I are very happy with our pillows and the cases are so cool and comfortable.
