I ordered 2 pillows and pillow cases. It was taking a long time to get package. Customer service helped track package and determined it was lost in transport system. They reset package and I received within a week. Great customer service.

Very soft and cooling. The cases wash very well. I hang them to dry. I was pleasantly surprised that they're made correctly with the pocket at the open end so the pillow doesn't show. Very nice touch

The pillows are comfortable enough, but I found the "cool" claim to be less than accurate. I also purchased the partnered pillow cases and I have awakened to find perspiration. Not particularly pleasant, especially when it was cool enough to need a cover.
