Chef (Multicolour)

The knife is beautiful. The handle is a blend of ergonomics and modernity with an eye towards beauty. My only criticism is the alloy of the stainless steel. It is fragile. I chipped the thinner front end slicing apart cooked lamb ribs my first night. I used my standard fixed angle sharpener to remove the millimeter chip. The burr required more stropping than I like between grits. But once repaired, the knife is a joy to use. I prefer carbon steel, but no one makes Knives this enjoyable to look and still good for work in the kitchen. I wish that I had chosen a harder steel to go with the beautiful handle and design. But having a nice knife that can be left alone after a steak (and a bottle of wine?)…It’s nice as well.
