Heat Mitigation

I recently purchased this shirt, along with the East Peak Ice Bandana, to help mitigate the brutal summer heat of Alabama while training for some upcoming trail races. While I don't believe there is one "silver bullet" that totally solves for heat, I have found that this shirt (and the Ice Bandana) make a difference. I'm happy with the purchase, and would recommend.

I wore the shirt together with the ice bandana for 1 h at 88°F and 60% humidity. The combination of this airmesh and special fabric allowed a very effective cooling and not accumulating the sweat until you are total soaked and displaying only a minor cooling effect. Works also well without ice bandana. Highly recommended compared to other shirts, which I tried out. C. from Switzerland
