Essentials

I like the convenience of the essentials. I package up my daily into pill containers. Sometimes life gets crazy and the containers run out so I grab a couple of essential packages and I’m out the door. Also, if I need a boost and I have something big going on in the evening, I take a package of essentials. On with life.

I'm 79 years old and taking blue green algae for over 20 years. I believe it has been a big part of my overall health, as I act, look and feel younger than my actual age.

Just the right amount of boost to get me through the 4pm slump but not crash like other supplements.
