Mind

I have taken the basic algae products (body and mind) for many years and think of them as my 'multi-vitamins.' Since I have never taken Mind separately from Body, I can't tell which does what for me. My only issue with the product is the capsule count - my husband or I (we use our own bottles) find that the count is rarely correct, and is usually short by a few. When we took the tablets we assumed that there was some loss by crumbling, but that doesn't apply to the capsules. Also occasionally find a partially full capsule.

I have enjoyed since 1995, this product helps me every day for clarity in decision making and contributing to my healthy life each day!

I've been consuming this Super Blue Green Algae since the early 90's and I know it is something to keep in my daily routine for mental clarity.
