Horrible customer service. Their policy doesn’t allow order cancellations. even if you reach out 1 minute after placing the order. Instead, they ship it anyway and tell you to return it afterward. The amount of unnecessary back-and-forth is frustrating, and it shows a complete lack of consideration for customers or environmental impact.
