フジタケさんが製造している包丁を少しずつ集めているのですが、中々手に入らずやっとこちらにたどり着きました。V金10号一枚鋼と言う事で下手くそながら自分好みに研いで育てていきたいです、手に持った質感と切れ味は申し分ありませんでした、また違う包丁を購入してみたいですありがとうございます。
