Weighted Vest

Comfortable balanced vest!

This is my first weighted vest and I think it's great. I ordered the 12 lb one and at first, I thought it was too heavy and considered returning it....but it didn't take too long to get used to and I'm glad I kept it. I walk with it several days a week (even in this Fla heat), mostly to help bone density as I'm headed in the direction of osteoporosis and want to do what I can to prevent!

Perfect starter vest!

I had never worn a weighted vest, so I started light. This is so well made and I feel like it’s improving my posture already! I think it’s a great way to make my walks more challenging and it is benefiting my whole body. Try it out!
