I pleased with how I feel and with the results so far… I really need to be on this regimen for a couple of months before I decide if the cost is worth it.

Starter Set

I opted to go with this pack so I could try all of the products. Since I have to be careful with new supplements making me nauseous I tried these a little at a time. I use them in smoothies and started with just have a scoop of protein powder and gradually worked my way up to the full recommended serving size of each of them. I just placed my third order! I tried another protein powder about the same time that I received as a free sample. The Pause Life Protein is much better with mixing in and not being chalky or having a bad aftertaste. I have never found clumps of any of the products in my smoothie like I have with other powders. I also feel so much better now that I am focusing on getting my body the nutrition it needs and these supplements have been a big help in that.

My go to for protein, collagen and fiber. I have it everyday, every morning. I feel great. I have been on it for a few months and I feel great. My hair and nails are strong. My skin stays supple. My A1C number stays consistent as I have learned to implement a protein smoothie to my meal plan. This package is pretty comprehensive. Will continue to buy.
