Feeling supported.

I’m a couple weeks into adding these to my routine. I especially like the energy & mental-clarity boost I’m getting - presumably from the creatine. It is sometimes hard to consume all the daily required protein I’m supposed to eat, on top of adding in supplements I’m told I should be taking. So, being able to blend these right into my protein smoothies is exactly the seamless solution to giving myself a healthy *meno-boost* that I needed. Thanks!
