Our gemstone extender is made from our gold-filled 18K Chunky chain, and includes 2 - 3 inches of chain with a lobster clasp on each end. To attach, remove your current oval clip or carabiner from your necklace and attach the extender lobster clasps to each end/loop of your gemstone necklace.
