I feel the difference
These are great for reading my ebook before bed. They’re sturdy and I can really tell the difference in my sleep quality. My only complaint with these and another style I bought earlier is that the arms are about an inch too long so that when I lean back onto a couch back or my pillow, the glasses are pushed forward and I’m not able to push them forward to properly fit on my nose. I wish you had more than one size arm length in all the styles.

Can’t go without anymore past 7pm!
An absolute game changer! After wearing these glasses past sunset, it’s much easier for me to wind down & my sleep has improved by 200x. Definitely a must!
