Poor customer service. When I received my order, the dress looked nothing like the photos and videos advertised online. It was missing the tassels around the waist entirely, and the sleeves only had four tassels attached, making it completely different from what was shown. I contacted customer service and asked to be compensated for receiving an item that was not as described, but I was told the company does not offer compensation. Instead, they offered me a 10% voucher for a future purchase, which does not resolve the issue of receiving an inaccurate product. I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the dress and the way this situation was handled. I expected the company to take responsibility, but instead I was left with a product that did not match what I paid for.
