The instructions are simple. Use them 30 minutes to an hour before going to bed. These glasses are so comfortable that I forget to remove them. When I get up during the night, I leave them on so the bathroom lights do not shock my eyes.

Best blockers. Bought a pair in 2016 and a new one 10years later hahah same exact model, please dont change anything hahaha
