24 Day Wait, Minimal Effects

I placed my order on May 16 during the restock and received it on June 9. My biggest issue was honestly the processing time. When I placed my order, the website stated 7–10 business days for processing. After about 9 business days, I reached out for an update and was told processing was actually taking 7–12 business days and that my order would not be scheduled to ship until around June 4. While I understand business days are different from calendar days, I don’t think most customers realize that 12 business days can easily turn into 20+ calendar days before shipping is even factored in. My order placed on May 16 was not scheduled to ship until June 4 and was delivered on June 9, making the total turnaround time about 24 calendar days from purchase to delivery. What was confusing is that I placed my order immediately after a restock, yet it still took the full 12-business-day processing window. During that time there were additional restocks, which is why I even asked whether orders were only shipped once a month. I was told no, but as a customer, the fulfillment process is still a little unclear to me. If my order took the full 12 business days to process despite ordering right after a restock, it makes me wonder how often orders are actually being processed in the advertised 7–10 business day timeframe. As for the gummies, I’ve tried two flavors and have taken about five gummies total so far. I smoke daily, so I know my tolerance is probably higher than some people’s. That said, I’ve taken a 50 mg edible from another company before and definitely felt it. With these gummies, I really haven’t felt much of anything. On one occasion, I even took two gummies over the course of about four hours and still did not experience any noticeable effects. The flavors are good, and I can definitely taste the THC, but the effects have been much weaker than I expected. After waiting more than three weeks for my order, I was honestly hoping for a better experience. I’ll also add that I placed another order before receiving this one because of the lengthy processing times and because I had high hopes for the product. I wanted to make sure I had enough on hand for upcoming travel given how long fulfillment was taking. Unfortunately, after trying these gummies multiple times, I’m now feeling much less excited about that second order than I was when I placed it.
