Best tool and customer service ever!

I purchased 5 of these Tinkr mini vacuums for gifts. First two arrived and I was so impressed decided all my daughters needed one. It is great to clean out kitchen drawers and cabinets which always seem to have bits of crumbs in them. So glad I didn’t buy the other brand I was thinking of buying. Tinkr’s mini vacuum has two speeds and is powerful to get any job done. It is rechargeable, has two attachments and a nice study case. Here is the best part of my story. While cleaning I left my vacuum on the top of the refrigerator. Later that day I opened the door and it roll off and the filter piece broke.😭. I reached out to the company via email on a Saturday to ask if I could purchase a replacement piece. Within a few hours not only did I receive a response but was told a new piece would be sent to me! To say this was the BEST customer service I have ever received would be an understatement . Would not hesitate to purchase any product from this company. In fact, I am thinking I would like to have this mini vac to keep in my car for quick clean ups. Thank you Tinkr for a great product and the excellent customer service! Terri F.
