So far this battery is working great! Its so nice to use with the redlight therapy so I can use it wherever I go and am not tied down to an outlet.

This company lies! They do not stand by their return policy of “no questions asked, no hassles, full money back guarantee.” They will bully you by telling you you must pay for return shipping back to China all while refusing your full refund. On their website it clearly states that the product ships from a US warehouse which in fact, that is a lie. You will not get what you pay for! Clearly a bait and switch and once they have your money, their customer service for a refund goes right out the window against their website policy. If you buy the stride hip wrap, it does not come with the carrying case, they swapped that out for a cheap black drawstring bag. The light panel for the hip wrap is small, only giving you approximately 7” x 3.5” of light area. If you chose to purchase the power pack, it will not come on when you charge it until you jiggle it around. They’re website states that it will deliver in 5 to 7 business days, which is also a lie. It comes from Yanwen, China.

I just finish charging the unit and ready to use it.
