its crazy how much this filter gets every month I cant believe I was brushing my teeth and washing my face without this for years. I will never go back Helios forever!

Love how easy the install is and how I can actually see that the filter is working every time I change it out. Among all of the environmental health concerns we are all navigating these days, it's so nice not to have to worry about the quality of water I wash my face and brush my teeth with!

Adapters did not work for my standard bathroom sink. It also took many customer support emails to get a response, and they informed me to buy new adapters from Amazon or Home Depot, in which they would reimburse for. Unfortunately, Amazon did not deliver to my area, and Home Depot did not carry any that fit. It took me about 15 days back and forth with customer service to get anything resolved. Beware of their subscription policy, they don’t cancel until you pay 3x. They do not state this before you purchase. There is also a restocking fee that was not made clear on their support faq.
