Epic Product, Easy to use

After seeing the shark tank episode we decided to take this Crowd Compass for a spin. Wow! Easy, fast connection, great user interface, and stays connected. A rave fam's delight for sure. We really like the ability to send messages even when the connection is weak, so you can always stay and feel connected. Most importantly the connection WORKS GREAT! Well done, Crowd Compass! Also, great customer service and quick shipping and perks!

The device did not have any signal the entire time. The device could not calibrate correctly and the white dot that is suppose to face north was constantly changing direction, even when not moving. The device left on also got very hot in our bags.

Not just for Music Festivals

Haven’t gotten a chance to use this at a large music festival yet, but was able to test it out on a smaller scale at Sherwood Forest Faire in Austin. Had some trouble with the device interface at first but the companion app is amazing! Was able to find all our friends at different shows across the faire with almost pinpoint accuracy. It was especially helpful as normal texts would take 10-15 minutes to send ( if they would send at all) but messages between Compasses was almost instantaneous. Device really got put to the test when the county lost power for a couple of hours, didn’t even realize it had happened until we realized card purchases weren’t accepted as we were still messaging each other without issue. 10/10
