Love the shoe....reordered when Delta lost suitcase to replace lost shoe. However, also ordered another style (Nori) . The Nori shoe was too large and I needed to return. Spent 4 + hours on phone or web site trying to get a return authorization and could not get one. Returned them with only a letter. Mephisto has not issued me a credit YET. Will wait another two weeks for credit. If not will call AmExp to "handle" claim!

Got this in two colors, then a third color came on sale. Nice looking, good feeling, and nobody knows my orthotics are tucked in there.

These shows are worth every penny. I struggle with finding cute and comfortable shows and these are both!
