I should probably have waited to answer this, I've only used the sandals a couple of times and find them to be a little heavy and not too comfortable. Don't use this as my final opinion though, it may change in a month or so.

I love everything about this sandal. I own 2 pairs and have had them resoled. They're comfortable and beautiful

I've been wearing Mephisto sandals for four decades. They are the best, in my humble opinion.
