Cap Vert - Hazelnut

I ordered a 9.5, and received a 7.5 which I returned. Some wise acre knucklehead wrote on the return slip, "customer ordered a 7.5 and wasn't satisfied". Point of fact: I did NOT order a 7.5. I have several older pairs of Mephisto, all 9.5. The moron's comments were irritating! Other than that the return went smoothly, but I am more likely to buy at a Mephisto location, rather than on line.
