i was tired of cheap sets that would bend and break, so i purchased this set. the set i bought is the best quality stand and tool set i have ever owned.

Superb craftsmanship and artistry! After searching for beautiful and locally made tools for the past few years, I was thrilled to discover Wicks Forge. This set was a gift for my husband and will certainly grace our home for lots of years to come, many thanks!!!

Sturdy set, expect to last a lifetime.

This set clearly is well-built, and I can feel that it is made to outlast me. The only issue that I have is the tongs fall open too easily. (The only reason for a 4 rather than 5 star review.) Perhaps a small bump on the handle that prevents that, or something similar, would make it perfect. Otherwise the tool set is fantastic!
