I rarely leave reviews, but this rug is extremely disappointing. The shedding is far beyond what could be considered normal. Even after vacuuming, a large amount of short fibers continues to come off. Walking on it with socks or sitting on it leaves visible fibers all over clothing, which makes it very frustrating to use in daily life. For a rug priced over $500, this level of quality is unacceptable. It feels like low-grade material or poor processing. Customer service responded with a generic explanation about “normal shedding” and suggested waiting 6–8 weeks, which does not address the actual issue at all. Would not recommend.

It was a bit smaller than expected but we are loving it!

The quality is fine but the colors do not match the picture at all.
