Hands on shaking 😂

I have small hands and some shakers are made with a wide circumference, so it’s hard for small hands to wrap around and shake well enough to mix protein powder properly… this shaker is leaner and easier to grasp.

I was pleasantly surprised by this bottle. I’ve had many before that were flimsy or smelled horribly like plastic. This one was great quality and zero odor. Have used many times already since getting it last week.

Looks good, smells good, has the wire mixer ball inside. Haven't used it yet, but sure beats the tiny glass and teaspoon I was using. Rho tastes good enough to drink casually.
