Matte Stretched Canvas

Canvas Has No Rear Bracing

I purchased a 30" x 40" canvas and was shipped a product that doesn't have any corner or lateral bracing to help prevent warping. The webpage for this product contains an image with those features. I wouldn't have bought a canvas this size without those features. I don't know if this was a mistake or how these canvasses are actually sold?
