Guanciale Volpi

I ordered twice. The first order had no problem. The last order came last week and was hot when we opened it (88 degrees indoors). Wanted to return it but the shipping was nearly the cost I paid when i ordered it. So that money was lost. Ill have to go with another company who ships better.

This cooked up perfectly! MUCH less fatty than other ones that I have purchased. Excellent taste for my various uses. I will be ordering again after a couple more meals.

More pancetta than a proper guanciale. Will get the Italian one next time. Lesson learned. Tariffs be damned!
