Not as good as they once were

I am so glad you reminded me to let you know that this Bailee is not of the same quality as your products from prior years. One of the things I like best about the Bailee is that is has some structure to it and doesn't just slump over. I don't know if it is just this particular color leather or a shrinkflation type deal, but this bag is so soft and flimsy. I carried it for a week and gave it to a coworker. I then bought the Blue Ezra from Dillards since you don't seem to carry it. I would love the opportunity to provide more feedback directly to your designers. I have been a loyal Brahmin customer for at least 10 years and have probably purchased at least 30 bags. Each year, the colors and styles get funkier and move away from what made Brahmin great. A quality bag at a good price that lasted a long time. If it was a big bag, it had straps that could hold up the contents. The feet on the bottom are a sign of quality. And Brahmin lovers know each other on site. But it is getting harder and harder to find Brahmin products that I like. My very favorite is my Black Bailee and / or my Heroic Purple Ezra.
