Mesa MTB Elbow Guards

I ordered knee pads and elbow pads and used the size specifications listed on the website. After we got them they don't fit properly. I attempted to exchange for a different size to only now find out these items are not eligible for exchange or return. It was not listed on the website, my purchase confirmation email or on my invoice that they could not be exchanged. It was difficult to find out how to contact customer service. Not planning to buy from here again.

I bought these on sale to go with the Mesa knee pads that were purchased. They fit true to size for me, and I am happy with my purchase.
