Breakers comes with a playable Neo Geo CD copy of the game, which helps make this feel like a better value, but Breakers itself is a relatively weak Street Fighter II clone. The standouts on this collection are Flip Shot and Cowboy Kid, which are both unique games with designs that feel ahead of their time.
